Front cover new draft

I think this could potentially be y final edit, I felt like in my previous draft the background was too plain, it was just white. I wanted to keep a theme of musical notes within the magazine so i added a few to the front cover to add some design to the front.

Magazine Reworks

After analyzing my magazine i had the sense that my front cover didn't include a lot of mise-en-scene to represent a Bachata magazine. Personally I didn't like the typography i used either, it's just too bold, I could of used something a bit curlier.

So this is my new front cover, I like this one a lot better, I took a new photograph of a different model wearing what i think any female bachata artist would use. In the genre there isn't a specific type of clothing that stands out, each individual wears what they like.

Like I said before the font i used didn't please me so I changed it too.
Finally, by playing around with the sell lines it looks like the whole page has been used.

Since my magazine is a monthly release there could be up to 100 pages, i noticed that my pages were too close together, i needed to spread them out a bit. The pictures I took didn't look too good either so I changed the contrast and levels to make them stand out a bit more.
